The first step in setting up your online ordering website through Focus is to setup your canvases. You can determine the canvases the customer can view on the website, which items the customer can view, as well as create custom canvases with items specific for your online ordering website. To setup your online menu you'll need to setup the Canvas Name, the menu items in each canvas, and the modifications for each menu item within the Canvases. Each canvas that you have setup on your stations will populate over to the Command Center with the items. Below walks through the steps to setup your online canvases through the command center.
Step 1: Log into Focus Command Center

Step 2: Navigate to Menu > Select Canvases
Step 3: Search or Toggle to the Canvas you're looking for, then select the Canvas Name
Step 4: Confirm the Canvas Name is exactly what you want the customer to see, if not, in the Display Name type what you want them to see. You can also add a description to the item category
Step 5: If it's a Menu Item canvas, select the circle to toggle the canvas online, if its a Modification canvas, leave the canvas offline
Step 6: To toggle the item online simply select the circle under Available Online. Confirm the settings for each item are correct. If you want to make a change to all the items in the canvas you can select the dropdown next to the toggle online to apply that change. Once done simply hit close.
Step 7: For Online Canvases you can reorder them by selecting the yellow icon on the top right
If all the canvases you need are already on the POS stations repeat the steps above, then move on to the Menu Items Setup. to add a new canvas with items see the steps below:
Step 8: Under Canvases select the add Icon on the top right
Step 9: Fill out the Canvas Name and toggle online if applicable (Fill out Canvas Description if needed)
Step 10: Select the Add Icon on the right, then select a menu item to add to the canvas (Note: All menu items must be created on the POS Station or through Focus Office, see how to create menu items for details)
Confirm the menu item settings are correct, save, and repeat for the rest of the menu items. Once complete you can move on to the Items Setup.
