The Auto Combo feature allows an automatic price adjustment when a predefined group of items is ordered.
Example: If a Cheeseburger, Fries and Soda are ordered, they can be grouped together to form “Combo #1” with a price savings of $1.25.

Example 1: Combo #1 (Cheeseburger, Fries or Onion Rings, Soda)
Outcome: The price of a Cheeseburger will be reduced by $1.25 when a Cheeseburger, Fries or Onion Rings and a Soda are ordered.
Procedure to Configure Combo #1
- Enter the name ‘Combo #1’
- Select Active to make the Auto Combo Active
- Select Confirm to prompt for the Auto Combo Confirmation Window
- Configure Component 1
- Enter the name for Component 1, ‘Cheeseburger’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Item
- Select the Cheeseburger Menu Item
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘No’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Adjust’
- Enter ‘-$1.25’ for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save
- Configure the Type

- Configure Component 2
- Enter the name for Component 2, ‘Side Item’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Filter
- Select the Side Items Menu Item Filter
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘No’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Adjust’
- Enter $0.00 for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save
- Configure the Type
- Configure Component 3
- Enter the name for Component 3, ‘Soda’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Filter
- Select the Sodas Menu Item Filter
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘No’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Adjust’
- Enter $0.00 for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save
- Configure the Type

- Select the ‘At Subtotal’ option located at Locations>Locations Auto Combo Options > At Subtotal.
- Note: The Subtotal command is used to process Auto Combos.
Combo #1 On Screen Check Before and After Auto Combo Applied

- Note: Menu Items contained in the Auto Combo are displayed based on the order of the Component . For example, Component 1-Cheeseburger (Cheese Burger), Component 2–Side Items (French Fries), Component 3-Sodas (Coke).
Example 2: Combo #1 (Cheeseburger, Fries or Onion Rings, Soda)
Outcome: The price of a Cheeseburger, Fries and Soda will be $5.50. The Menu Item ‘Combo #1’ will replace the Menu Item ‘Cheeseburger’ when the Auto Combo is processed.
Procedure to Configure Combo #1
- Enter the name, ‘Combo #1’
- Select Active to make the Auto Combo Active
- Select Confirm to prompt for the Auto Combo Confirmation Window
- Configure Component 1
- Enter the name for Component 1, ‘Cheeseburger’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Item
- Select the Cheeseburger Menu Item
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘Yes’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Replace’
- Enter ‘$0.00’ for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save

- Configure Component 2
- Enter the name for Component 2, ‘Side Item’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Filter
- Select the Side Items Menu Item Filter
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘No’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Replace’
- Enter $0.00 for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save
- Configure Component 3
- Enter the name for Component 3, ‘Soda’
- Click Add
- Configure the Type
- Select Filter
- Select the Sodas Menu Item Filter
- Enter the quantity of ‘1’
- Set the Remove Option to ‘No’
- Set the Action Option to ‘Replace’
- Enter $0.00 for the Price Adjustment
- Click Save

- Select the ‘At Subtotal’ option located at Locations > Locations Auto Combo Options > At Subtotal.

Combo #2 On Screen Check Before and After Auto Combo Applied

- Note: Menu Items contained in the Auto Combo are displayed based on the order of the Component. For example, Component 1-Cheeseburger (Cheese Burger), Component 2–Side Items (French Fries), Component 3-Sodas (Coke). The Cheese Burger has been replace on the check with the Master Item ‘Combo#1’.
