MyFocus: Adding a Loyalty Member Manually

Today we will be looking at the process of adding a loyalty member manually through the MyFocus website.

Follow this link to the login page of MyFocus: https://my.focuspos.com/Login.aspx

1.) Login with the credentials given to you by the Alpha team (You may be required to set a new password if this is the first time logging in)

2.) Go to the "Gift/Loyalty" drop down menu and select "Manage Members"

3.) In the upper left side, click the "+" icon next to "Show Filter Options"

4.) Check on the "Specific Card Number" box and enter in the card number that appears on the physical rewards card

5.) Fill out the correct information on the right hand side, check the appropriate member plan underneath, and click "Save" at the bottom to update the information
